Fifteen Teams Head to 2007 US Youth Soccer Region II Championships

By winning the recent US Youth Soccer Indiana State Cup, fifteen Indiana Youth Soccer teams have qualified to compete in the US Youth Soccer Region II Regional Championship. They will be among the top boys and girls US Youth Soccer teams from 14 state associations competing for the Regional title June 22-27, 2007, at the US Youth Soccer Region II Regional Championships in Des Moines, Iowa. Daily reports and complete results from the tournament will be available on www.USYouthSoccer.org

As US Youth Soccer State Championships come to a close, just over 900 teams (of the original 10,000+) will advance to the US Youth Soccer Regional Championships. Each of these teams seeks to be the respective regional representative at the US Youth Soccer National Championships where the final four teams will meet to determine the national champion. In all, 48 teams will travel to Frisco, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, to meet for the national finals, the final leg of the Series, this July.
