Dynamo built upon our 30 years of success with the establishment of a new coaching structure in 2008, designed to provide the best possible coaching for each player and team. Under this structure, each level of play (youth, junior and senior) will have a technical director in addition to the individual team’s head coach. Each team will benefit from the direct involvement in training and seasonal planning by a highly experienced technical director. The Technical Directors will train teams within their age groups each week, provide training sessions to be implemented by each head coach, offer support at essential games, and have knowledge of each player and his/her development in each age group. For 2009 Dynamo has enhanced our already talented coaching staff with the addition of Brian Bronowski as the club’s full time Director of Coaching and Youth Development Director.
