Midwest Regional League Coach License Requirement
The Midwest Regional League (MRL) Commission has adopted a rule for coach license requirements effective July 1, 2010.

Beginning in the 2010-2011 season, all coaches participating in MRL competitions must hold a USSF ‘D’ license (or equivalent) as the minimum coaching qualification.

Beginning in the 2013-2014 season, all coaches participating in MRL competitions must hold a USSF ‘C’ license (or equivalent) as the minimum coaching qualification.

All equivalencies are based on US Soccer standards. Teams applying to the MRL will be required to list all coaches (Director of Coaching, Head Coach and Assistant Coaches) and their current license status at the time of application. Proof of licensure will be required.

Contact MRL commissioner Paul Luchowski at
mrlcommissioner@region2.com with questions about the license requirement.
