| | C4L TIMEOUT LEADERSHIP! Everyone wants to be perceived as a leader, very few are willing to actually be leaders. Leaders are not the person who receives all the credit, but they are typically the people willing to do all the work. Here is a quick check: pretend for a moment you are in the your car. Check your rearview mirror. How many people are following you? Now look ahead. Is the direction you are headed worthy of being followed? Too many people only look one way.
