First you will complete the 2010 PA West State Cup Online Application. While not all fields on the Online Application are required, please provide as much information as possible. The more information you provide, the more information our registration committee will have on your team during the selection process.

If your team is accepted to participate in the 2010 PA West State Cup, we will notify you of any other forms and materials that may be required.

Entry/Refund Policy

Entry forms for U12-U18 teams must be completed online and an entry check in the amount of $550.00, must be received by the State Office postmarked no later than March 1, 2010 or hand-delivered to the State Office by 4:00 PM on March 1, 2010. Club checks may cover the entry fee(s) for multiple teams. No exceptions.

Once a team’s entry form and fees have been received, there will be NO refund. It is understood that a team must enter to be eligible to participate in the tournament and to advance to the regional tournament. At no time is entry a guarantee of games.

Teams entering in the U19 age group shall have a separate entry deadline of MAY 1, 2010. Please note: Youth Division Playing Rules require all teams intending to play during the spring playing session to declare their team by March 1, 2010. Any club entering a U-19 team must declare their team no later than March 1, 2010 by completing the PA West Soccer spring classic registration form and paying the PA West Soccer registration fee.
