The 2009 Mid-Year Meeting was held August 1, 2009 from 9-4 at Center Grove High School in Greenwood, Indiana.

The day included sessions on Got Soccer training for managers and registars, discussion on 2009-2010 competition calendar, and sessions on Club Pass procedures, Coaching Education trends and more.

The leagues hosted the U-9-10 CIYSL/GIRLS Academy scheduling meeting and the ISL managers meeting in conjunction with the event.

Lunch was catered by Chick-Fil-A and provided to registered attendees courtesy of Indiana Youth Soccer.  The lunchtime discussion included information on Youth Soccer Month, the 2009 Indiana Soccer Foundation Golf Outing and "Good of Soccer" remarks from Indiana Youth Soccer Executive Director Don Rawson.
