Nominations are currently being accepted for the Indiana Soccer Hall of Fame. The nominee’s resume should be concise and reflect the chronology of major contributions and achievements. Nominations may be submitted for players, coaches, administrators, referees or other worthy participants.

Persons nominated for the Hall of Fame should have given exceptional time, effort and energy to the development of soccer in Indiana and/or at the regional and national levels.

The deadline for nominations is September 15, 2009. Such nominations may be made by anyone with personal knowledge of the contributions of the nominee, however it may not be submitted by an immediate family member. They must be typed and submitted on the enclosed form to the Indiana Soccer Hall of Fame, c/o Nancy Haworth, 9414 Rochelle Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46235. All nominations must be submitted on this form and may include no more than three extra pages of supporting material.

Final decisions will be made by the Hall of Fame Selection Committee and induction ceremonies will take place at the Indiana Youth Soccer Awards Banquet early in 2010.

If you submitted a nomination last year which was not chosen, it will automatically be reconsidered this year.
