2006 Palatine Celtic Cup Champions

2006 Palatine Celtic Cup Champions -- The Lightning 90 dominated preliminary round play scoring 17 goals with only 1 against. In the semi-final, we beat a physically tough Illinois team 3-1, and in the finals, won 2-1. Tournament results -- Undefeated with 22 goals for and only 3 against. Our "little sister" U94 Lightning team also won giving Coach Carolan a tournament sweep in Chicago. Team Character -- The Girls Lightning 90 White are a group of highly skilled, Michigan Premier soccer players who like to win and to have fun as well. Many of the players are top level high school players playing for the best high school soccer teams such as Rochester, Adams, Stoney Creek, Eisenhower, Avondale, Notre Dame, Lasher and Chippewa Valley. Great friends, great fun and skilled soccer. 2007 Tryouts -- June 15th and 16th 2-4 pm Borden Park. Come join a great group of girls and have fun playing good soccer!
